Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for project issues.
- Document project processes and ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management and business analysis.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a complex IT environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) are a plus.
