Key Responsibilities

  • Project management for our packaged systems
  • Understand customer project expectations and communicate appropriately according to the situation
  • Prepare project-related documents (project plans, WBS, schedules, etc.)
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to manage tasks, resources, and issues
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks that arise during the project

Required Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple IT projects, with the communication and leadership skills to coordinate and advance the entire project, including the client team
  • High communication skills for defining requirements with customers
  • English proficiency sufficient for web conferencing and presentations in English

  • Experience implementing packaged systems
  • Experience implementing laboratory-related systems
  • System design and development experience
  • Understanding the business of quality control
  • Knowledge of computer system validation
