Salary Range: $106437 - $138370 Per Year

Job Summary: You will serve as a Information Technology Specialist, Project Manager in the Command Operations Department, Information Systems Division of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Major Duties:

  • You will manage assigned projects, define project scope and tasks; identify task details and interfaces between tasks.
  • You will serve as lead to coordinate activities related to applications and projects.
  • You will maintain portfolios for assigned projects including milestones, risk assessments, interfaces and funding requirements.
  • You will coordinate project requirements and IPT inputs with corporate business goals and objectives.
  • You will coordinate and review new initiatives and technology trends
  • You will perform management and feasibility studies to recommend project modifications to meet diversified and cross FRC user requirements.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Lead Implementation of Complex IT Systems Across the Naval Aviation Enterprise 2) Translate Strategic Guidance into Executable Digital Solutions 3) Apply Advanced Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Software Systems, and Depot Operations 3) Execute Lifecycle Project Oversight and Risk Management 4) Serve as a Liaison Between Stakeholders, Developers, and End Users 5) Drive Data-Driven Decision Making and Policy Execution 6) Support Enterprise Readiness Through Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration 7) Coordinate Contractor Support and Oversight 8) Conduct Feasibility Studies and Support Innovation 9)Align Projects with Enterprise Goals and IPT Priorities Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
