IT Project Manager
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an IT Project Manager at Marsh, you will play a pivotal role in leading application related initiatives that span the full software development Lifecycle. Initiatives include managing software enhancements, leading application rollouts, providing software admin support, and managing the Marketing & Communications’ growing application inventory. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to our ongoing evolution as a multinational organization.
We will count on you to:
- Lead and implement app development projects, driving them from conception to completion.
- Apply Project Manager and Business Analyst skills for Marketing and Communication teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide Admin Support to key enterprise applications.
- Provide support in creating and managing dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
What you need to have:
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 level) to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and data-driven business analysis.
- Proven experience in leading initiatives and coordinating projects proactively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
