Position: Senior Advisor – Project Manager (AI Center of Enablement)
We are seeking a Senior Advisor – Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within the AI Center of Enablement (AICOE), driving initiatives from planning through execution. This role demands exceptional leadership, organizational expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to achieve high-impact AI outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management: Direct AICOE projects from initial planning through successful delivery.
Procurement & Financial Oversight: Manage resource procurement and project financials, including budgeting and cost optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Reporting & Governance: Provide timely updates on project status, timelines, and financial performance to leadership.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 6 plus years in project management, ideally within technology or AI-focused initiatives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Certifications: PMP certification strongly preferred.
Skills:
Expertise in project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Financial acumen and procurement process knowledge.
Preferred Attributes
Proven experience managing enterprise-level AI or technology projects.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
