Job Summary

Job Description

· Planning, controlling, and delivering projects to achieve success within the agreed Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality

· Develop the Project Charter and Business Case

· Identify Stakeholders, Project Sponsor, Steering Committee

· Assess feasibility, constraints, assumptions, and limitation

· Define Scope, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Timeline, Resource Plan

· Create a Risk Register and Mitigation Plan

· Develop a Communication Plan and Change Management Plan

· Lead cross-functional teams (Business, Developer, QA, Infra, Security, Vendor/Partner)

· Manage project execution according to plan and proactively resolve issues

· Coordinate with Vendors/Partners to monitor SOW, SLA, Milestones, and Payments

· Manage scope changes through the Change Control Board (CCB)

· Track project performance using Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI)

· Prepare and deliver Status Reports (weekly/monthly) to management

· Monitor and manage project risks and issues, including preventive and corrective actions

· Develop and execute the Go-Live, Deployment, and Rollback Plans

· Conduct Post-Implementation Review (PIR) and document Lessons Learned

· Perform Knowledge Transfer (KT) and handover to operations (BAU)

 

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields

· Minimum 3–10 years of project management experience

· Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint

· Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing, reporting, and presenting)

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (Multi-project Management)
