Role Summary:

This position supports financial and operations management activities for the Pharmacy+ and Care Delivery Technology organization, which has $450M+ in annual spend. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Liaison/Financial Operations SME to join our team.  Ideal candidates should have strong financial and enterprise acumen, a collaborative approach to getting work done, and experience in forecasting and/or financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

FAST Administrator

  • Rostering coordinator – ensure PoC within each Pharmacy+ and Care Delivery organization has updated rosters
  • TBH forecasting within FAST
  • Coordinate with colleagues in similar roles across Technology to ensure following best practices.
  • Non-Labor/SOW Financial Administration

Financial Operations SME for ESI Ledger

  • Prepare and manage budget file in coordination with delivery teams and Tech Finance
  • Trusted partner to Managing Directors and Financial PoC’s within each Pharmacy+ and Care Delivery organization.
  • Attend Finance reviews
  • Provide input for quarterly projection cycles
  • Monitor and alert PoC’s to material variances in operating expenses

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years professional work experience in Financial Analysis
  • Strong communications skills (verbal, listening, written, and presentation)
  • Ability to create professional relationships, including engaging Technology stakeholders and building a partnership with Technology Finance
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  Ability to pay close attention to detail while maintaining a strategic mindset
  • Collaborative approach to getting work done
  • Tableau experience a plus


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 110,500 - 184,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
