The IT Program Manager is responsible for managing complex IT programs, coordinating projects, and overseeing the implementation of technological solutions in alignment with the organization’s strategy. This position requires the ability to combine technical expertise with team management and business communication skills. 

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage complex IT programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business outcomes
  • Develop and oversee program schedules, budgets, implementation plans, and financial forecasts, ensuring efficient execution and value realization
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to Project Managers and program teams, serving as the primary escalation point for resolving complex issues
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, IT Business Relationship Managers, and external vendors to ensure alignment with business priorities and successful delivery of project portfolios
  • Drive change management activities across the program to ensure effective adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working
  • Communicate program progress, risks, and successes through executive-level reporting, presentations, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company strategy and industry standards

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 7 years of proven experience managing complex IT programs or large-scale IT projects in a structured environment
  • Strong working knowledge of project and program management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, and PMI standards
  • Demonstrated ability to manage program budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies while delivering measurable business value
  • Experience leading cross-functional, multicultural teams and collaborating effectively within an international environment
  • Advanced English proficiency with excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including the ability to perform under time pressure
