A Brief Overview
This position manages critical program components, including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, communications, and risk through all phases of the project implementation life cycle. This position will lead multiple simultaneous projects that build critical new capabilities, shape operational integrity, define opportunities for automation and efficiencies, and empower customers / business to manage business more effectively. This position may have direct reports.

What you will do

  • Develop and ensure that programs are completed in accordance with their business objectives including scope, schedule, and cost by tracking program execution, working with the team to predict and work around obstacles, and providing regular status updates to senior management
  • Develop and manage program management standards and methodologies to achieve and support goals, budget, schedule, and scope. Ensuring consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
  • Assist management in taking programs from original concept through final implementation, performing IT audits to manage the partnership, control risks and influence profitability.
  • Work in partnership with business partners and cross-functional teams, advising them how to use information technology in order to meet business objectives.
  • Assist in IT integration activities and the extension and enhancement of automated solutions.
  • Other duties assigned by Technology leadership.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards


Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or relevant business subject Required


Experience Qualifications

  • 7-9 years Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Required
  • 7-9 years 7+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives. Required


Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. (High proficiency)
  • Experience with enterprise IT systems, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives. (High proficiency)
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification preferred. (Medium proficiency)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet). (Medium proficiency)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. (High proficiency)
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. (High proficiency)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (Medium proficiency)
  • Microsoft Excel (Medium proficiency)
