Major Duties:
Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS You must meet ALL of the minimum qualifications listed below. Applicants must have 6 years of specialized experience in IT program management principles, Agile, SDLC, and risk management. Applicants must have experience in business process analysis, requirements development, test plan writing, and cross-functional coordination. Applicants must be able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment. Applicants must have exceptional communication, judgment, and organizational skills. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Experience working within a federal law enforcement or Office of Inspector General environment. Demonstrated skill in business process mapping. Adept at reporting and data analysis. EVALUATION FACTORS You must have the experience, knowledge and skills as listed in EACH of the evaluation factors. Failure to demonstrate that you meet all of the evaluation factor requirements as listed below will result in a score of zero (0); an ineligible status, and you will not be referred for further consideration. ITPM Mastery: Experience planning and implementing complex IT systems involving multiple stakeholders using industry-standard principles. Methodology Application: Proficiency in applying Agile and SDLC methodologies to manage the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Ability to anticipate and resolve risks, constraints, and competing priorities. Identify, mitigate, and monitor both technical and security risks while proactively escalating roadblocks. Communication & Liaison: Skill in communicating effectively with executives, technical teams, and vendors to maintain alignment and build strong relationships. Planning & Execution: Ability to develop detailed plans, tasks, and schedules to ensure proper sequencing of events throughout the project lifecycle, delivering solutions that produce measurable value for internal business customers.
