IT Product Manager
We are seeking an IT Product Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an IT Product Manager at Marsh, you will steering the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of key OWG Tech initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy, commitments, and goals.
We will count on you to:
- Drive and execute OWG Tech initiatives aligned with departmental or organizational strategy.
- Develop effective initiative plans with defined objectives, deliverables, and communication plans.
- Manage initiative resources and budget to ensure objectives are met.
- Partner with OWG Tech managers, to ensure roles and expectations are clearly defined and understood on each initiative.
- Identify critical paths and risks and on the initiative; track them and facilitate mitigation of these risks.
- Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Report initiative health and status utilizing agreed initiative management systems and tools.
- Ensure initiative closure meetings are held, produce initiative closure reports highlighting areas for improvement.
What you need to have:
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and consensus building, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of tech initiative management methodologies and frameworks, along with information management practices and tech solution delivery processes, procedures, and toolsets.
- A solid technical background with experience in product ownership and relationship management, particularly in managing cloud implementation initiatives within large organizations.
- Proficient in budgeting, invoicing, and initiative financial management, supported by excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, business, or equivalent experience.
- Scrum Master certifications required.
- Advanced Level of English is a Must
