Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent experience
2–5 years of experience administering enterprise applications or SaaS platforms
Strong understanding of system administration, data management, and IT service management
Experience with configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow design
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
Preferred Experience
Exposure to APIs, data integrations, scripting, or automation (PowerShell, SQL, Python)
Familiarity with ITIL practices and change‑management processes
Vendor management or project coordination experience
