IT Process Manager (m/f/d)

In our IT Transformation & Country Management division of Zeppelin GmbH at our location in Garching near Munich, we are currently looking for a “IT Process Manager (m/f/d)”.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • In your role as "IT Process Manager (m/f/d)" in our Demand, Portfolio, and Service Management department you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our IT processes.

  • You will evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks as well as design and implement new or improved processes that enhance demand, portfolio, and service management.

  • In regards to stakeholder collaboration you will be responsible for gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and provide expert support throughout the process lifecycle and act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

  • You will also drive implementations by leading cross-functional teams to roll out new processes, ensuring smooth adoption and effective change management across the organization.

  • Furthermore you will also define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor portfolio performance, and regularly report governance metrics to management.

  • You are also responsible for maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation of processes, standards, and procedures to ensure transparency and compliance.

  • You will also proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence within the IT Transformation & Country Management division.

  • In this role you will also oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, incident and problem management and be responsible for the continuous improvement of operational processes to ensure that agreed service levels are consistently met and aligned with business needs.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Completed degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification

  • Solid knowledge of IT governance, process modeling (e.g., BPMN, Signavio), and service design methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and develop effective solutions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into requirements

  • Proficiency with modern collaboration and project management tools (e.g., MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, PlanView)

  • Proactive mindset, willingness to drive change, and openness to continuous learning in a dynamic environment. · Experience in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)

  • Familiarity with digital transformation projects or agile methodologies

  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
