Team mission

As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of our IT team, responsible for the smooth operation, reliability, and security of our IT services. You will support both day-to-day operations and internal IT projects, helping teams stay productive, secure, and well supported.

Your mission

  • Manage the IT Helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets for local and remote users.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware procurement and deployment, software configuration, and account provisioning.
  • Support AV technologies, including video conferencing setups and live event support.
  • Maintain and improve IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal wikis.
  • Organize and track IT inventory and storage, ensuring accurate records and smooth logistics.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of internal IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, privacy, and company policies.
  • Share knowledge and provide training to end users, contributing to a positive IT experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT operations and user satisfaction.

Your toolkit

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience, with 3+ years in IT support or operations. 
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).

Extras that give you an edge

  • Experience with Okta, Atlassian, Jamf, Intune, 1Password, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with AV systems, endpoint management, and ITSM tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Interest in improving IT processes and taking ownership of systems or projects.
  • Fluent in English (working language).
