Job Summary
As an IT Operations Manager at NXP Semiconductors, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of our manufacturing IT applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical systems that support our global semiconductor business.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of IT operations professionals , including performance management, coaching, and career development.
* Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing IT applications & infrastructure components such as applications of manufacturing automation, quality systems as well as MES, and IT infrastructure systems.
* Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and best practices to ensure efficient and reliable IT service delivery.
* Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
* Collaborate with other Global or Regional IT teams and business units to understand requirements and implement solutions that meet operational needs.
* Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance regulations, and data privacy standards across all IT operations.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services, hardware, and software.
* Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical IT systems.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Manage the IT operations budget, optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality service.

Job Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a management role.
* Proven experience managing complex IT Application operation excellent.
* In-depth knowledge of ITIL principles and experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
* Experience with cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
