Your Core Responsibilities
In this fully 'on-site' position you are the first person that people interact with when they encounter any IT Systems problems ranging from Windows- to backend systems to any hardware issues. You support our growing Amsterdam office and act as first, second and third level of support. You will work on a wide range of (custom) systems and for growth you need to be on top of your game and be willing to take responsibility and act autonomous to provide an IT environment that is tackling all issues while ready to scale.
