ING

IT Management Consultant

CDR (Amsterdam - Cedar) Full time

We are hiring an IT Management Consultant to help ING move forward on key technology priorities across the bank. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to understand their most important IT challenges and translate them into clear, practical plans. You will support topics such as shaping ING’s IT strategy, improving technology‑related ways of working, redesigning how teams and processes are organised, and turning long‑term technology ambitions into realistic, actionable steps.

  • Prepare clear, compelling presentations and storylines for senior management
