IT Intern (NY)

A24 is looking for a part-time, in-office intern to support the IT team starting as soon as possible. Must be available up to 15 hours per week with 2-3 days in our New York office. 

Initial Responsibilities 

• Provide in-person front-line IT support for hardware and software issues (Mac and Windows devices)
• Troubleshoot Zoom Rooms and conference room AV systems to ensure seamless meetings
• Assist with new hire device and desk setup
• Support hardware requests including laptops, peripherals, and printers
• Perform basic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory records including tagging and asset tracking
• Create and maintain IT process documentation
• Support day-to-day operational tasks and special IT projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation with interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor when providing in-personal technical support
• Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• General knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and common productivity applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom)
• Interest in IT operations, help desk support, or systems administration
• Ability to document processes clearly and concisely 
• Reliable, proactive, and resourceful with a willingness to learn
