Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
Support the IT team in the daily operations of the company’s IT infrastructure.
Help manage and resolve helpdesk requests in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in the deployment of new hardware and software to end-users.
Contribute to IT projects in areas such as network design, cybersecurity, or data management.
Document technical procedures and user guides for internal knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT requirements and deliver solutions.
