As an IT Intern at Mold Masters, you won't be stuck at a desk with a phone glued to your ear all day. This isn't your standard IT Help Desk internship. You'll be involved in face-to-face contact with end users across all levels and functions of the organization. As an IT Intern, you'll log, monitor, and respond to IT service requests recorded in our automated trouble ticket system. Your role will be to provide first-tier support by troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating desktop computer issues as needed. What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on PC and application support to end users, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Manage and prioritize IT help desk tickets, including logging, responding, and closing requests efficiently.
Assist with IT hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Lead and participate in various projects such as equipment deployments, systems administration, database development, and user training sessions.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
Contribute to process improvements and documentation to enhance support services.
Team:
You will be part of our IT support team, working closely with experienced professionals dedicated to maintaining and improving our technology infrastructure. This role reports to the IT Manager and collaborates with other departments to ensure technology solutions meet operational needs.
