Infrastructure Architect, Staff
We are hiring an Infrastructure Architect, Staff with strong foundational infrastructure experience and the ability to grow into a broader architecture and cross-functional role. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and capable of learning new systems quickly, rather than someone with experience in a specific set of tools.
This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure and business-focused systems and will focus on supporting upgrades, integrations, and platform alignment, while partnering closely with both IT and business stakeholders.
This is a hands-on technical role where the individual will actively participate in and execute upgrades, integrations, and system improvements.
Location: Remote
Salary: $94,700 - $110, 000

Your Challenge:
Partner with IT and business teams to understand system requirements and dependencies
Assist in designing and executing system upgrades, integrations, and improvements
Support a variety of enterprise platforms (ownership will expand over time)
Help ensure systems are scalable, stable, and aligned with enterprise standards
Identify issues, risks, and inefficiencies and help drive improvements
Maintain clear documentation for systems, integrations, and processes
Contribute to a more proactive, structured infrastructure approach
What You Bring:
5–12 years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, or related roles
Broad experience in enterprise IT environments (not limited to a single system or tool)
Exposure to core infrastructure areas such as:
Identity and access management (e.g., Active Directory or similar)
Server environments (Windows and/or Linux)
Application or platform support
Experience participating in system upgrades, migrations, or integrations
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to produce clear documentation with attention to detail
Exposure to Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange) preferred
Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware) preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) preferred
Exposure to CMDB or service management tools preferred
Experience working alongside ERP or business systems teams preferred
Any experience with platform ownership or application support preferred
