• Execute day to day IT infrastructure and End User support including network licensing, maintenance, physical server, cloud service, and subscription renewal to ensure no business interruption
• Ensure system up and running through conducting periodic network maintenance, monitoring network capacity and performance, and equipment configuration
• Provide feedback on network requirements, including network architecture and infrastructure to ensure business continuity
• Manage asset management/ inventory of information technology (IT) resources.
• Manage vendors and relevant stakeholders to ensure project are delivered at the agreed timeline and expected outcome
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
