As our Help Desk Intern, you will gain the fundamental experience that will drive your career in Information Technology. Your curiosity, attention to detail, and problem‑solving mindset will help keep daily operations running smoothly while contributing to a positive and productive technology environment as you assist team members with professionalism, patience, and efficiency. 

In this role, you will assist with basic network and application troubleshooting, ensuring that team members have the technology and tools they need to work effectively. Your day-to-day consists of ticket management, device setup, maintaining systems & licenses, password resets, user support, jobsite deployment, and technical research & documentation.
