Ferring+You

We are seeking an experienced IT Governance and Portfolio Analyst to strengthen our IT Governance framework and project portfolio management capabilities. The role is responsible for ensuring effective governance of the IT project portfolio and hands-on reporting, requiring strong expertise in PPM tools, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint to deliver high-quality, periodic insights to senior stakeholders and provides oversight of initiatives that improve IT processes standardization, performance visibility and continuous improvement across the IT function. It combines portfolio analytics and reporting, governance knowledge and the ability to drive process improvement across IT, acting as a key interface between IT leadership, Process Owners, Controlling, PMO, and other IT stakeholders.

This is a governance role focused on structure, control, transparency, and maturity — not operational service execution.

Your day at Ferring

Portfolio Management

  • Evolve the IT PPM defining standards, processes, templates, governance frameworks and training material.

  • Support portfolio prioritization and annual IT investment budgeting

  • Benefit realization tracking

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Design, produce and maintain periodic portfolio, program and project reports (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc) which includes Budget execution.

  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards using PPM tools and Power BI

  • Perform detailed data analysis using advanced Excel 

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of portfolio data for leadership, governance forums, and audits

  • Translate portfolio data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders

Continuous Improvement

  • Coach and develop project managers

  • Drive continuous improvement in project management maturity, reporting quality, and portfolio transparency

  • Support optimization of PPM tool and dashboards

IT Process Governance & Oversight

  • Work in close collaboration with IT Process Owners to ensure that their core IT processes are properly defined, controlled, measurable, and continuously improved.

  • Process Scope includes Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Demand Management among others.

  • Ensure processes are formally documented, standardized, and maintained.

  • Ensure processes are clearly communicated across IT teams.

  • Provide transparency through governance dashboards and reporting.

  • Facilitate governance forums.

Behind our innovation…There’s you

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project, program, portfolio management or PMO.

  • Strong financial and analytical rigor.

  • Experience in process improvement.

  • Experience with PPM toolsPower BI (dashboard design, visualization), advanced Excel skills for portfolio analysis and PowerPoint reporting.

  • Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, SOX).

  • Exposure to global or matrixed organizations.

  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.

  • Familiarity with governance frameworks such as COBIT.

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
