The Impact You’ll Make

As our IT Director, you will architect and lead the evolution of Incode’s global technology backbone - driving innovation, resilience, and scalability across every corner of our organization. You’ll define the Corporate IT strategy that enables growth, productivity, and security for a hybrid, cloud-first workforce spanning the Americas, EMEA. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Operations Officer, you’ll lead a senior global team across IT Operations, IT Engineering, and Access & Identity Management, ensuring every system and process empowers our people and protects our mission.

What You’ll Own & Drive

  • Global IT Leadership – Lead and scale a world-class IT organization across three key pillars: Operations, Engineering, and Identity. Coach and empower manager-level leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability.
  • Corporate IT Strategy & Roadmap – Define and execute a forward-looking multiyear IT roadmap that supports enterprise growth, cloud maturity, and zero-trust security. Ensure IT investments align with Incode’s business strategy and operational excellence.
  • Infrastructure & Operations Excellence – Oversee seamless IT service delivery for ~750 hybrid employees worldwide. Standardize and automate core processes like provisioning, endpoint management, and SaaS onboarding to improve performance and reliability.
  • Access, Identity & Risk Management – Drive the IAM strategy for secure provisioning, SSO, MFA, and RBAC across global systems. Partner with Security and Compliance to ensure alignment with standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.
  • Technology Enablement & Business Partnership – Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. Enable productivity, streamline collaboration, and ensure technology is a competitive advantage.
  • Vendor & Asset Management – Partner with Procurement to optimize IT asset lifecycle management, vendor performance, and cost efficiency across global operations.
  • Process Maturity & Automation – Champion process excellence through standardization, documentation, and automation—transforming IT from a support function into a strategic enabler of growth.

Your Background

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years managing global IT teams in a multinational organization.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing Corporate IT Strategy across distributed operations.
  • Experience leading manager-level reports across multiple IT domains (operations, engineering, IAM).
  • Deep expertise in cloud-first environments, SaaS ecosystems, and modern endpoint management.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); Spanish fluency is a strong plus
  • Excellent communicator with executive presence and stakeholder influencing skills.
