Development Lead
Overview:
We are seeking a Development Lead to guide our development team in modernizing legacy while building innovative applications. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality delivery of scalable applications and microservices. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and driving best practices across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications and APIs.
Drive the transition of legacy systems to modern architectures, including microservices.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and deployment best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Requirements:
Strong Full stack Development experience, leaning heavily on Back end services. (Node, Java)
Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
Solid understanding of integration patterns and design principles.
Experience with GIT or other version-control systems.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Azure cloud services.
Experience with Harness pipeline.
Familiarity with any assist tools.
Familiarity with Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration.
Knowledge of deployment and caching strategies.
Experience with Marigold or other Loyalty solutions.
Leadership Qualities:
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage project delivery.
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Pay Range:
