Team members earn $22.00-$27.50 per hour.

Job Description:
Position Summary:
Responsible for the daily operations support and administration of computing infrastructure at the center. This position will work independently to support the overall Infrastructure to include all Windows 10 desktops, WAN/LAN routing, Servers, Scanners and telecommunications while reporting to the Inventory/Data Control Manager for other projects.
Major Activities/Accountabilities
-Working with vendor on voice console issues
-Troubleshooting/repairing warehouse equipment for end users
-Shuttle testing equipment/stations
-Working with vendors – getting RMAs/sending off equipment for repairs
-Issuing access codes for WMS, maintain user log for compliance, requesting user access in Service Mgt Portal
-Attend meetings/participate in conference calls – update corporate IT and managers
-Order data supplies for warehouse
AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY:
What typical decisions does this position have the authority to make?
Purchasing data supplies that has been previously budgeted for or requested by manager
Send of data equipment (ex. RF scanner, voice, VC80) for repairs when needed
Determining appropriate level of AS400 access
Reporting to either RSC based off the needs of the business unless otherwise directed
What typical decisions does this position refer to others for approval?
Purchasing supplies and equipment not budgeted for
Working with operations on determining time and date to perform server and equipment testing/upgrades due to down time in the warehouse
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3-year experience in supporting various end users with hardware and software including procedural problems. Must have experience with supporting devices in a network environment.
Key Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Strong troubleshooting skills a must. Must be able to work autonomously and participate in team activities. Must be customer service oriented. Knowledge or experience with AS400 and SAP software a plus. This position works (5) 8-hour days and may require overtime.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of IT devices to a height of 3-4 feet. Must be able to bend, kneel, and sit properly to setup IT equipment under and on top of desks in offices and cubicles. Must be able to operate scissor lift (or willing to become certified on) to access data points throughout warehouse, etc.
