Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented IT Communications Winter 2026 Intern to join our team! In this role you will get to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications within a dynamic technology environment. You’ll support the creation and delivery of engaging content, help facilitate IT initiatives, and learn how effective communication drives organizational success.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in developing and implementing communication plans for IT projects and initiatives.

• Draft and edit emails, newsletters, presentations, and knowledge articles under guidance.

• Help maintain and update IT content on the company intranet, knowledge base, and other platforms.

• Support the coordination of meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to IT changes and updates.

• Participate in the creation of communications for urgent IT issues, ensuring timely and clear messaging.

• Contribute to feedback collection and analysis to improve communication strategies.

• Provide general administrative support for IT communications activities (e.g., IT Town Halls, team meetings).

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Interest in technology and willingness to learn IT concepts and tools.

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, or other content management systems.

• Interest in project management, change management, or knowledge management practices.

Salary Range: $18.94 - $33.17
