The Manager, IT Business Relationship Management is a strategic and relationship-driven IT leader will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and successful IT initiative delivery. Functions as the strategic interface and trusted advisor between the business and IT to deliver technology solutions that align with the business’s strategic initiatives and goals.
Responsible for cultivating strong relationships, understanding the business value of new IT requests, advising business partners on technical implications and solution options, IT portfolio management, and supporting senior members of the team in achieving desired results through the delivery of technology solutions. Supports the division and organizational resource planning efforts through accurate request definition, and requirement (high-level) identification while facilitating estimation of effort. Demonstrates a strong background in relationship management, consulting, or business development within a technical discipline must be able to communicate clearly, negotiate, listen, mitigate conflict, build alliances, and achieve desired results using strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$116,729.60-$216,777.60. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.Sentara Independence provides quality outpatient services to the surrounding community. The facility includes an ambulance-accessible emergency room that is supported by board-certified physicians. Sentara Independence houses state-of-the-art medical equipment and highly-skilled physicians and staff. Sentara Independence is now an extension of the quality services at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital including advanced imaging and physical therapy.
