As an IT Business Partner for Commercial & Marketing, you will act as the strategic bridge between business and technology across the MEXAN region.
You will ensure that digital solutions powering sales, customer experience, and commercial operations are relevant, stable, and scalable, while enabling innovation through emerging technologies and new digital capabilities.
This role combines business partnership, product ownership, and operational leadership, with direct impact on revenue-generating processes.
Act as the primary interface between IT and Commercial / Marketing teams
Govern demand intake, prioritization, and roadmap alignment
Shape business initiatives through scoping, business cases, and feasibility analysis
Ensure alignment between business priorities, IT capacity, and architecture
Drive functional ownership and alignment across platforms such as:
B2B Sales platforms
Customer Experience tools
Microsoft Power Platform solutions
Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) using emerging technologies (automation, WhatsApp, SaaS tools)
Validate business value before scaling solutions
Support and stabilize B2B commercial operations across:
Mexico
Central America
Andean Region
Ensure continuity of critical processes like order visibility, returns, and CX flows
Oversee a complex ecosystem of 40+ integrations (APIs, EDI, middleware)
Participate in design, validation, and issue resolution
Ensure data consistency and process continuity across platforms
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
Define go-live readiness and prioritize defects
Support hypercare and post-launch stabilization
Escalate risks impacting sales or customer experience
Stable and reliable commercial operations across the region
Clear and effective demand prioritization aligned to business value
Strong trust from Commercial stakeholders (seen as a strategic partner, not support)
Successful delivery of digital initiatives with measurable business impact
Innovation initiatives (POCs) converted into scalable solutions
Strong business acumen (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience)
Ability to operate between strategy and execution
Stakeholder influence across regional and cross-functional teams
Structured problem-solving and decision-making
Ownership mindset with focus on delivery and stability
Ability to manage complexity across systems, markets, and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in roles such as:
IT Business Partner
Product Owner
Commercial IT / Digital Lead
Experience supporting Commercial, Sales, or Customer Experience functions
Proven experience in:
Digital platforms (B2B, CX, sales tools)
Demand management and prioritization
Stakeholder management at senior levels
Exposure to integration environments (APIs, middleware, EDI)
Experience in regional or multi-country environments
Nice to have:
Experience with Power Platform, Mendix, or low-code tools
Exposure to data/analytics models
Experience with automation or CX technologies
English proficiency (regional/global collaboration)
Hybrid role based in Mexico City
Regional collaboration across MEXAN
Occasional travel depending on business needs
