IT Business Analyst/ Solution Designer Easy Financing @ING Hubs

Your day to day :

• Technical design and specification of customized IT solutions for our consumer loans.
• Align solution designs and concepts with domain architects following local and global implementation guidelines.
• Organize and conduct the necessary workshops to align requirements and solution design with all relevant stakeholders in and outside of our tribe.
• Coordinating and documenting requirements from both business and IT nature and supporting the design and implementation of user stories and epics.
• Enable the integration of special solution approaches of distributed and modern IT architectures in the Java environment.
• Acting as the central point of contact for the assigned applications in the consumer loans environment and for initiatives in the areas of IT governance and IT compliance across the bank
• Contact person for application managers, security, governance and risk units on technical, application-specific issues.
• End-to-end support in the full application lifecycle such as incidents, change and problem process to rectify and, if necessary, prevent errors (e.g. by creating best practices)
• Contribute to the design, implementation and improvement of relevant governance processes in the Tribe (e.g. system access, handling of security bugs, segregation of duty...) in coordination with the responsible stakeholders inside and outside the Tribe Easy Financing
• Assuming responsibility for compliance on regulatory requirements for banking applications
• Support the implementation of IT and authorization controls
• Tactical support of audits and regulatory reviews
• Active monitoring of the actuality and accuracy of all necessary governance documents
• Organization and support of system tests (pen tests, etc.)
• Together with the team, constant analysis of potential for increasing customer satisfaction and improving interdisciplinary cooperation with developers, product owners and customer journey experts as well as interface with the leadership team.

What you’ll bring to the team

• At least 8 years of practical experience, for example in business analysis, software development, IT application operations, governance and/or IT security;
• University degree with a focus on (business) informatics, computer science or a comparable education;
• In-depth extensive IT know-how;
• Several years of experience with governance activities in a regulated IT environment, e.g. with business-critical infrastructures;
• Hands-on experience in IT practice (e.g. log file analysis with current tools or database analysis using SQL, depending on the focus);
• Good understanding of IT architectures and their secure operation;
• Knowledge of Java Enterprise, Oracle, Spring and Cloud/hybrid Cloud as a developer, this would be an advantage;
• Extensive practice in agile project methods and enjoy working closely in a team and agile software development;
• Like to take responsibility for driving topics forward and actively help shape our technical roadmap;
• An analytical, abstract way of thinking & high solution competence, hands-on mentality and an ownership mindset;
• Strong communication skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge;
