Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Time / IT Business Analyst to support the design, delivery, and ongoing operation of HR time‑related IT solutions. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert, performing business analysis, contributing to solution blueprints, supporting integrations, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery. You will work closely with IT Service Managers and business stakeholders on solution development, change requests, testing, UAT, and incident resolution. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with HR Time applications (UKG / ADP Workforce Manager).

How you will make an impact

  • Perform various business analyses to support decisions regarding IT solutions; under supervision creates/assists the appropriate Business Blueprint.
  • Assists in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IT Services.
  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Time area, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to support ongoing operations.
  • Collaborates with IT Service Managers and Business Process Specialist to estimate the effort for IT solution/services development, change requests and releases.
  • Understands the related business processes in detail and apply this knowledge to shape and align IT solution/services building and delivery activities.
  • Design test cases and support UAT and reporting.
  • Manage the integration error handling from an IT perspective.
  • Supports major incident & critical situation resolution.

Your Background

  • + 8 years of experience of working with HR Time applications
  • +2 years of experience of working with UKG / ADP Workforce Manager
  • Proven experience of working with IT service management concepts (ITIL)
  • Good organization, time management, decision making and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
  • Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
