We are seeking an IT Analyst to join our team. As part of the European Commercial IT team, you will be responsible for analyzing and formalizing business requirements, designing solutions, and managing the implementation of primarily, but not limited to, Salesforce-based systems. He/She will work closely with business partners based in Italy & Spain, as well as Global and Regional IT teams, and report to the Senior Regional Technology Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce, managing data, building reports and dashboards, providing technical support and assistance to end-users, managing users and security, and troubleshooting technical issues. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a passion for technology.

What You Can Expect:
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Review all requests for systems enhancements to ensure the request adheres to the overall BF Business and IT strategic direction before taking action.
Document business processes, develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
Manage overall project schedule and planning, ensure communication with regional & central teams, from both business and IT.
Manage users, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formula,s and validation rules.
Create and manage workflows and automation.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
Manage data quality with business owners and account migration efforts by performing data extracts, data uploads, and inserts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (from business and IT) to ensure project success.
Provide ongoing support to end-users.
Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or related role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce, managing users and security, and developing workflows & automation.
Salesforce Administrator certification would be a plus.
Understanding of business intelligence tools and concepts such as SAP BW, Tableau, BusinessObjects, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal and the ability to present complex concepts in understandable terms at all levels in the organisation.
Methodical and rigorous; time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Energetic and proactive attitude for learning.
Fluent in English.
