The Opportunity :
Join us in St Paul, MN location as part of the Business & Technology Services (BTS) organization—where you will have the chance to join a fast-paced environment managing hardware and software renewals for the 6 Tower Leads in BTS IS. You will also manage the intake of the budget transfer process coordinating with the Finance leads and Finance management. In addition, this role will drive the tracking and monitoring of KPIs. You will help define and deliver solutions that will shape the future of our organization.
What You’ll Work On
Renewal Management:
- Collaborate with 6 BTS IS Tower Leads and additional business owners to manage $200MM+ contracts and renewals
- Manage the governance of the contract renewal management system (Poseidon)
- Partner with Procurement to ensure vendors are providing quotes with the appropriate information, business requirements are met, and contract terms meet the business needs
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Manage process documentation
Shopping Cart/Invoice Processing:
- Create all renewal shopping cart requests
- Ensure the shopping cart requests are entered correctly
- Escalate shopping cart approvals when needed
Budget Transfers:
- Support the budget transfer process
- Collaborate with the business owners and finance to ensure the required information is provided
- Create and maintain power apps application and PowerBI as needed to support the process
- Manage process documentation
Cost Improvement Process (CIP)
- Manage the CIP process across all BTS IS
- Collaborate with the budget owners and finance to identify and ensure savings aligns, documenting priority, and ensuring savings is received
- Manage process documentation
Financial Management:
- Align with Finance on each LBE for all BTS IS cost centers
- Attend all Business Owner/Finance meetings
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of IT Business Systems Analysis experience, with proven ability to translate user needs into clear system configurations and enhancement requirements.
- Strong experience gathering requirements risk/issue management, change control, and executive ready status reporting.
- Strong capability to convert complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel (advanced functions preferred), PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Handson experiences working in ServiceNow, Power BI, Poseidon, Power Apps, etc.
- Expertise in business process analysis including understanding of change management processes.
- Experience conducting feasibility assessments and cost/benefit analysis to support informed prioritization and investment decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross functional, matrixed teams without direct authority, driving alignment and timely decision making.
- Experience working in geographically distributed or global organization.

- Vendor management experience

The base pay for this position is
$78,000.00 – $156,000.00
