The IT Billing Team – is made up of my team of 4 analysts who manage the technology expenses for our Global Technology Enterprise Team (GTES). We support the Purchase Order and invoicing process along with expense reporting, tracking, and dispute resolution.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing telecom invoices and billing statements
  • Help identify billing discrepancies, overcharges, and optimization opportunities
  • Maintain and update telecom inventory records and device tracking systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather telecom requirements and usage data
  • Assist in implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements

What Were Looking for

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, finance, accounting, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

The US national base salary range for this position is from 

$42,700.00 - $79,300.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
