What you’ll do at Jamf:

The IT Asset Coordinator is a member of the Service Management Office (SMO) and supports the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program across the Jamf enterprise. Reporting to the IT Asset Manager, this person will assist in maintaining accurate asset records, supporting audits, and helping to ensure the health of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build a foundation in IT asset management, ITIL practices, and ServiceNow.

This role is offered as remote. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Poland and have sponsorship to live and work in Poland.

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Maintain and update IT asset records (hardware and software) within the Jamf ServiceNow ITAM module to support an accurate and healthy CMDB.
  • Assist with the tracking and lifecycle management of IT assets from procurement through retirement.
  • Support internal and external software and hardware audits by gathering and organizing asset data.
  • Help generate and distribute asset management reports for key stakeholders, including compliance and inventory reports.
  • Follow established asset management processes, policies, and standards to ensure accurate tracking of the IT asset portfolio.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure assets are properly documented and accounted for.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or gaps in asset records to the IT Asset Manager.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities related to hardware asset assignment and retrieval.
  • Support the continuous improvement of ITAM processes by documenting procedures and flagging opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in training and development activities to build knowledge of ITAM best practices and ITIL frameworks.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, IT asset management, or a related field (Required).
  • Familiarity with IT asset management concepts, including hardware and software lifecycle management (Required).
  • Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and service management principles (Required).
  • Experience with or exposure to ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ITAM platform (Preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data records.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across IT and business teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured IT environment.
  • High School Diploma / GED Equivalent (Required).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Preferred).
  • ITIL Foundation certification (Preferred — or willingness to obtain within first year).
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
