About the Role

Support Enterprise Architecture Governance activities

ASSIGNMENT/PROJECT DELIVERABLES:

Architecture Review Board – Support quality review (sanity check) of documents submitted by projects prior to presentation.

• Output: Quality Review (sanity check) of documents completed
• Nice to have: Automation of Quality Review of documents

Architecture Review Board – Support ARB review process (request to closure), from scheduling in Calendar (pre review, final review), to documenting action items

• Output: support action items logging in the review pages.
• Nice to have: Automation of notification and outstanding items (open action items) to reviewers

Architecture Governance – Support reporting of technical debt (Techdebt)

• Output: Tech debt Dashboard Improvement (Open, Closed, Ageing, Cost of Debt to be Repaid)

Architecture Documentation – Support improvements on existing architecture diagram/artifacts/records

• Output: Support template diagram improvements.
