Technical Analyst, Endpoint Solutions (AV)
The Technical Analyst, Endpoint Solutions is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing standards, processes, systems, and solutions governing endpoint technologies to create a consistent enterprise-level experience while driving down overall cost to the business. This role focuses specifically on AV technology implementation, management, and support.  This role requires travel throughout West Michigan and occasionally to other domestic MillerKnoll locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business partners, associates, and other IT teams through multiple channels to answer technical questions, resolve incidents, analyze end user requirements, and provide solutions for standard to complex Technology and Business requests.
  • Uphold Service Level Agreements to ensure timely resolution and proper group ownership of incidents & requests.
  • Identify recurring incidents and problems in the environment and develop solutions.
  • Provide technology guidance to other IT teams including Level 1 & Level 2 support teams through knowledge of hardware, software standards and endpoint best practices.
  • Participate in service enhancement with focus on continuous improvement. 
  • Participate in the creation and management of IT knowledgebase articles.
  • Support Audio/Visual (AV) implementation and support through activities including, but not limited to
  • Configuration and installation of AV systems, specifically Microsoft Teams Room solutions
  • Project coordination & on-site implementation support of AV systems
  • Remote & on-site system management, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Level 3 troubleshooting of systems, hardware, software, technology, and components
  • On-site AV support for large, high-profile meetings in key rooms
  • Recurring issue identification and remediation as part of an overall commitment to continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience:
•    Knowledge of how current trends and technology may be used to support business partners.
•    Broad technology background with experience across end user computing technologies and platforms.
•    Knowledge of and experience with modern desktop management and mobile device management concepts and technologies.
•    Demonstrated ability to support multiple technologies and handle multiple projects and requests concurrently.
•    Demonstrated history of success in a dynamic and agile work environment.
•    Strong ability to solve technical challenges and learn the necessary skills to complete a given request.
•    Demonstrated time management, organizing, planning, problem solving and project management skills.
•    Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
•    Ability to communicate information, ideas, procedures and processes in a professional and consumable manner to diverse audiences.
•    Experience with Endpoint security practices and concepts a plus.
•    Experience with AV technologies and concepts a plus.
•    Experience with Microsoft Teams room systems, specifically Crestron-based solutions a plus.
•    Experience with electronics and componentry a plus.
