As IT Analyst IV, you will provide technical leadership to a team of analysts to deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Analyzes and develops short and long-term solutions to information technology needs through developing new or modifying existing applications

  • Reviews systems requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software applications

  • Executes projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, software development lifecycle and testing

  • Collaborates effectively with business partners, project team, and senior management to develop solutions that facilitate the integration of business processes

  • Recommends solutions based on an understanding of business requirements

  • Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team

  • Owns product strategy and serves as the primary IT leader for SaaS and data platforms, accountable for roadmaps, vendor performance, and operational resilience (while remaining hands on in solution design and delivery)

  • Defines and leads enterprise digitaltwin strategy in partnership with operations, engineering, and Enterprise Architecture, ensuring scalable, valuedriven implementations 

  • Sets direction for operator‑facing visualization and front‑end architecture, enabling real‑time operational insight across the enterprise

  • Champions enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities on Databricks, driving scalable ML adoption and productivity gains through modern AI tools

  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum fifteen (15) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum ten (10) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

  • Meaningful experience owning SaaS and cloud platforms, defining strategy for configuration, scalability, vendor performance, and operational resilience

  • Strong experience working with operational and real-time data (SCADA, historians, IoT, or similar) and enthusiasm for applying those signals to digital-twin solutions

  • Senior‑level experience designing front‑end and visualization standards, guiding UI/dashboards that enable enterprise operational visibility

  • Advanced expertise in cloud data platforms (Databricks preferred), setting patterns for data engineering, analytics, and machine learning at scale

  • Leadership in applying AI‑assisted tools and ML techniques, driving efficiency, innovation, and advanced analytics adoption

  • Exceptional ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders, bridging operations, engineering, and executive leadership

  • Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills

Travel Requirements:

  • Based in Tulsa with flexibility for occasional travel to power generation sites and control rooms
