Job Description Summary:
Responsible for maintaining and improving integrated management systems (Quality, Food Safety, Sustainability, Halal, HSE, Social Compliance, and Energy), including documentation control, audit coordination, CAPA management, PRP assessments, training, cross-department coordination, and KPI achievement.


Job Description:

  • Prepare, create and updated related documents for  Quality and Food Safety Management System (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001), Sustainability System (RSPO, ISCC and other if any), Halal, and other systems management ( ISO 14000; ISO 45000, SMK3), Social Compliance & Energy Management System (ISO 50001).

  • Supervise the consistency of implementation and maintenance of the Quality and Food Safety Management System (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001), Sustainability System (RSPO, ISCC and other if any), Halal, and other systems management (ISO 14000; ISO 45000, SMK3) and Social Compliance.

  • Prepare for implementation needs the Internal/External audit program and managing its Corrective and preventive Action (CAPA).

  • Collaborate with relevant Section/Department to maintain the implementation and its continual improvement of Management System Quality and Food Safety Management System (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001), Sustainability System (RSPO, ISCC and other if any), Halal, other systems ( ISO 14000; ISO 45000, SMK3), Social Compliance, Energy Management System (ISO 50001).

  • Responsible and report to ISO MR Section Head. Design & develop for PRP Assessment Schedule and carry out the PRP Assessment according to the schedule and its verification.

  • Coordination with relevant sections in the implementation and reporting of validation and verification related to Quality and Food Safety.

  • Provide training to other personnel related Quality and Food Safety.

  • Ensuring KPIs are achieved in accordance with the set targets.

  • 5R1SQuM and related program implementation.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimal Bachelor Degree in Food, Chemical, and Industrial Engineering or equivalent

  • Having Minimal 1 years of working experience in Management System in Food Industry

  • Having good knowledge in the implementation of management systems including Quality and Food Safety Management System (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001), Sustainability System (RSPO, ISCC and orther if any), Halal, and other systems management ( ISO 14000; ISO 45000, SMK3), Energy (ISO 50001) and Social Compliance in all parts in an integrated manner in order to achieve the Quality Policy set by top management

  • Actively speaking in English

  • Willing to be located in Surabaya - Refinery
