About Islanders
The "Islanders" is a historical talent program for Diageo Greece, with the aim of providing an extended seasonal coverage in major touristic areas across Greece, where you'll be relocated during the 7 months of the program. The target starting date of the program is April 2026.
There are opportunities available in Corfu, Crete, Chalkidiki, Tinos, Mykonos, Paros, Santorini and Rhodes with the locations being confirmed at the offer stage.
Purpose of the role
To handle and develop selected outlets in your designated area (islands or other touristic areas in Greece), where you'll be temporarily based, to deliver the commercial critical metrics and brand building objectives expressed in the commercial plan.
Main accountabilities include agreements and follow up on orders from the customers, relationship management and sales drivers’ activation: transparency, promotion (execution and evaluation of events), persuasion (introduction of Diageo new products or brands to customers, building of interpersonal relations, product training), quality (products’ flawless appearance, evaluation of unbranded demand, perfect serve training on premise staff), distribution and price.
A permanent contract can be offered upon completion of the project, depending on great performance in the role and available positions at the time.
