Applications for Fragomen’s EMEA Summer Internship 2026 are now open! We are offering internships across most of our EMEA offices this summer, and we look forward to receiving your application.

Dates: 1st June 2026 - 28th August 2026
Location: Dublin

Eligibility

• This internship is aimed at students studying at university level.
• We welcome applications from students of all disciplines.
• You must be available for the full 3-month programme.
• Daily on-site attendance at our Dublin office is required.
• We do not expect any prior legal or immigration experience!

About Fragomen’s EMEA Internship:  

Fragomen’s summer internship program offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one or more key focus areas within our Irish practice. As an intern, you’ll work closely with our immigration professionals, contributing to real client-based work while gaining invaluable insights into our business and culture. This program is designed to enhance your knowledge, develop key professional skills, and provide practical experience within a global organization—helping to support your future career aspirations.

What you will gain:

• A good understanding of the end-to-end immigration processes.

• Exposure to the full lifecycle of the immigration for individuals/ employees relocating to Ireland for work or changing their immigration permissions from within Ireland.

• One-on-one mentoring and professional development sessions focused on employability, time management, and presentation skills.

What we are looking for:

We welcome applicants who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about immigration and global mobility. If you’re ready to take the first step in your professional journey and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you

You’ll also:

• Be able to complete any projects or tasks within the agreed timeframes and in-line with expectations.
• Be able to act (independently or as a group) without full-time supervision.
• Be able to act professionally throughout the duration of the Internship as a Fragomen ambassador.

• You will be invited to participate in an online verbal reasoning assessment and if successful a one-way video interview.
• If successful, you will then be invited to an Assessment Day at the office you have applied for.
