About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

About the role
The In-Room Dining Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all in-room dining operations, ensuring guests receive high-quality, timely, and personalized service that aligns with the resort’s standards of excellence.


What You Will Do 

  • Lead and develop the In-Room Dining team by selecting, training, coaching, evaluating, and motivating all staff and supervisors to ensure adherence to service standards, cultural values, and daily operational plans.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all food and beverage offerings, maintaining strong knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, wine, and spirits to support 24-hour in-room dining and private bar services.
  • Monitor the condition of all IRD and private bar facilities and equipment, identifying needs and recommending improvements to maintain optimal functionality and presentation.
  • Support all administrative functions, including payroll, scheduling, training documentation, and departmental reporting for In-Room Dining operations.
  • Be engaging and actively contributing to the service whenever needed


What You Bring 

  • Relevant experience in In-Room Dining, Guest Experience, or a Call Center environment is essential for this position.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or similar high-end hospitality setting is preferred and considered a valuable asset.
  • Ability to stay highly organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Micros or similar POS systems is required to process orders and manage guest interactions efficiently.
