Position Summary This is an exciting opportunity to join GSK’s team in Panama as an Invoicing Analyst. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely invoicing processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with customer service, finance, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations and deliver excellent service. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Process and issue invoices, credit notes, and other billing documents accurately and on time. - Maintain and update customer and product data in relevant systems. - Monitor and resolve invoicing discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with internal teams. - Generate and share reports related to invoicing and revenue recognition. - Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all invoicing activities. Basic Qualifications We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. - Conversational English skills (B1+ to B2 level). - Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience in invoicing, billing, or customer service roles. - Familiarity with export processes and international logistics. - Knowledge of financial reporting and revenue recognition processes. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Previous experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
