Job Description:

If you are detail-oriented, responsible, and good with numbers, consider becoming U-Haul’s newest Invoice Processing Clerk. In this data entry position, you will be responsible for entering invoice information in the Accounts Payable System.  Come get your career moving at a company that cares for employees and provides many opportunities for advancement.

Invoice Processing Clerk Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter invoice information in accordance with processing procedures

  • Research all documents and previous payments to accurately compensate the payee

  • Ensure accurate coding of invoices to the proper general ledger account

  • Contact U-Haul entities to verify information received or correct other issues

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency with computer programs, specifically Excel

  • 10 key experience is preferred
