Executar as atividades de apoio à frota automóvel da Ayvens, nos âmbitos de:

• Controlo de faturação proveniente dos fornecedores dos serviços
• Registar os custos e efetuar a conferência e gestão de disputas dos documentos de fornecedores associadas à faturação de serviços
• Apoio interno,
• Registo documental,
• Reportes e análises estatísticas, de acordo com os procedimentos internos, SLA acordados e orientações superiores, de forma a controlar os custos, qualidade e prazos dos serviços prestados em veículos sob gestão

Requisitos da função:

• Conhecimentos na área de manutenção automóvel, ao nível de técnica e faturação (preferencial)
• Conhecimentos na área de rent a car, ao nível de negócio e faturação (Preferencial)
• Conhecimentos das ferramentas informáticas: Ms Office (obrigatório), IBM AS 400 (preferencial), excel nível intermédio (Obrigatório)
• Prática no tratamento e inserção de dados (obrigatório)
• Conhecimentos básicos de faturação e contabilidade (preferencial)
• Forte orientação para resultados com base em objetivos
• Experiência em atendimento telefónico e correspondência com Clientes
• Capacidade de organização e planeamento
• Capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal
• Orientação para o cliente
• 12º ano ou superior (Obrigatório)
• Experiência em funções similares (Preferencial)
