Job Summary

Strategic alignment across BUs: Consolidate BU strategies into one enterprise view, identify gaps or overlaps, and help
surface key trade-offs for management discussion
Integrated planning support: Support 3Y Strategy plan and annual planning by aligning assumptions and ensuring
consistency across strategy, financials, and operational plans
Investment & business case review: Review and challenge key initiatives, including financial projections, assumptions,
and risks, to support prioritization
Performance & initiative tracking (selective): Track a few key strategic initiatives across all BU and highlight gaps vs plan
to support course correction
Management discussion support: Prepare structured materials for MC / ExCom / Shareholder to help make discussions
more focused and decision-driven
