Investment&Wealth Campaign Agent

Reports to: Financial Advisors & Wealth Business Development Manager

Job Description:

L’Investment & Wealth Campaign Agent è una figura chiave all’interno della Direzione Commerciale, con il compito di contattare i clienti profilati della Banca per proporre soluzioni di investimento e Wealth Management. Il suo obiettivo è identificare le esigenze dei clienti, l’interesse ad essere contattati da un consulente e eventualmente fissare appuntamenti qualificati con i consulenti finanziari. Il ruolo copre l’intero processo end-to-end, dagli input per la definizione delle campagne commerciali fino alla raccolta dei feedback post-interazione del consulente finanziario, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo delle attività outbound.

 Key Responsibilities:    

• Contattare telefonicamente i clienti target per pianificare appuntamenti qualificati con i consulenti finanziari.
• Partecipare alla definizione e pianificazione delle campagne outbound in sinergia con la Direzione Commerciale.
• Monitorare l’esito degli appuntamenti e raccogliere feedback dai consulenti.
• Fornire feedback strutturati e tempestivi al manager e alla Direzione Commerciale.
• Contribuire al miglioramento dei processi outbound attraverso l’esperienza maturata.
• Utilizzare strumenti CRM e sistemi interni per tracciare le attività e aggiornare i dati cliente.

Main Competences and Skills:

• Possesso dei requisiti Mifid di esperienza in materia di investimenti
• Iscrizione all’albo OCF (preferenziale)
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
• Conoscenza dei prodotti di investimento e wealth management
• Esperienza in ruoli commerciali che prevedono il contatto telefonico
• Orientamento al cliente e al risultato
• Proattività, spirito di iniziativa e attitudine al lavoro in team
• Familiarità con strumenti CRM e pacchetto Office
• Capacità di adattarsi rapidamente a contesti dinamici e in evoluzione
