Are you someone who can:

• Conduct research to uncover investment related insights
• Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG
• Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
• Continuously focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations

You will be an ideal candidate if you can:

• Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions
• Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
• Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances
• Identify and implement on opportunities for revenue growth in order to deliver on sales targets

We can be a match if you:

• Have a BCom Degree in Finance, Investments or related
• Obtained your RE5, DOFA, FAIS and Class of Business
• Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years Investor Services experience
• Analyse complex data sets
• Thrive in a collaborative environment
