Key responsibilities and contributions
Support end‑to‑end investment trade processing, including matching, settlement, and corporate actions
Assist with cash release, withdrawals, and daily funding activities
Perform portfolio reconciliations with custodians, fund managers, and internal systems (e.g. Bloomberg)
Support daily cash and foreign currency operations
Participate in system testing (UAT) and ad‑hoc operational projects
Learning and development areas
Investment operations and trade lifecycle management
Financial data analysis and reconciliation
Exposure to investment platforms (Bloomberg AIM, order management systems)
Stakeholder communication and coordination
Problem‑solving and prioritisation skills
Ideal qualification and attributes
Degree student in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Strong interest in financial markets and investments
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Python / Power Query is a plus)
Detail‑oriented and organised
Able to work well in a fast‑paced team environment
